All White Wedding & Party Design: Color Palette Ideas & Inspiration Galleries
White weddings are classic and timeless, but also allow for a surprising amount of creativity in their design! An all white wedding transcends fleeting trends - it is a timeless, sophisticated look for weddings and parties of all kinds.
White, representing purity, new beginnings and serenity, can transform into so much more. Depending on the specific color palette, nuances, florals and design elements you choose, you can take a simple color scheme and create a breathtaking and uniquely personal look.
Read on to explore ways I’ve designed weddings with white color palettes and made them each into incredibly personal, and breathtaking celebrations for my clients.
White Wedding Color Palette Ideas:
Anyone who’s ever chosen a white paint for their home knows that “white“ can mean a nearly infinite number of shades. The same goes for white wedding color palettes! The specific white you choose and the accent colors and textures that compliment it, will make your white wedding design entirely your own.
Here are four white wedding color palette ideas I love, along with images showcasing how I’ve approached these looks for clients’ weddings and parties…
1. Glamorous White Wedding Color Palette (with gold, metallic & crystal details)
This ultra-glam white wedding color palette incorporates gold, metallic, and crystal details to create an atmosphere of pure luxury. Combining the texture of abundant white floral arrangements with the shimmering, reflective surfaces of the gold and metallic accents, the sophisticated ambiance created for guests is one they’ll never forget.

2. Organic White Wedding Color Palette (with greenery & flower garden details)
Designing with an Organic White Wedding Color Palette is all about incorporating greenery, botanicals and flower garden details throughout the event. Instead of pure white flowers only, incorporate white blooms with subtle undertones, allowing for natural variations in shade. Consider using textural elements like natural wood, woven fabrics, and even touches of rich bronze or copper to complement the white and green palette. This organic white palette should feel abundant, fresh, and elegant.

3. Modern White Event Color Palette (with minimal black & green accents)
For a Modern White Event Color Palette pair white with minimal black and green accents, and keep the focus on clean lines and impactful simplicity. The dominant use of white will create a crisp and sophisticated feel, and you can get creative with florals that have a sculptural, architectural structure.

4. Monochromatic White-on-White Party Color Palette (with shades of cream & warm white)
For a Monochromatic White-on-White Party Color Palette, your designs should focus heavily on texture and subtle variations in tone to create depth and interest. To avoid a flat or sterile look, incorporate multiple shades of white, such as ivory, cream, ecru, and warm white, in elements like your linens, flowers, and tabletop decor. Focus on layering textures – think smooth silks alongside textured linens, matte ceramics contrasting with glossy glassware, and play with dried botanicals alongside fresh flowers in your floral arrangements. Even though it's a single-color palette, the nuances in shade and texture will create sophistication and elegance.

All White Bridal Bouquets:
White wedding bouquets are a classic floral look that perfectly compliment white bridal fashion. From traditional white rose or peony bouquets to loose, organic, botanical bouquets, there is a perfect style, size and shape for each wedding.
When designing white bridal bouquets for my clients, I always keep in mind the bride’s wedding dress, and how the bouquet shape, flower selection, flower color and flower texture will compliment her look.
