Day One

Event Design Fundamentals & Planning

On day one, we’ll start with a behind the scenes look at what it takes to run an event design business, and move on to the first stages of a successful design.

Day Two

Execution & Evaluation

Following the methods I use when designing and producing events for clients, we’ll work together to design and produce a stunning mock event.

Hands-On Activities

Throughout the course, you’ll engage in practical exercises, including:

• Designing a mock event from start to finish

• Creating and presenting mood boards

• Role-playing client meetings and vendor negotiations

• Managing a simulated event setup and execution

Who is this for?

This workshop is perfect for event designers and florists looking to learn new skills, strengthen their business and elevate their designs.

What will I learn?

During the in-person workshop you will learn a combination of event business fundamentals and creative design and production skills.

How much does it cost?

This workshop is offered at $3500.

Past Floral Lab attendees will receive an additional $297 off their ticket price.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! You’re welcome to pay in full, or in two installments.

If you choose two installments, you’ll pay a 50% deposit when you register, and we’ll charge the remaining 50% to your card on file on August 15th, 2024. Registration is not complete until both payments have been made.

This intimate VIP experience is available for those who would like the chance to meet and chat with Eddie before the busyness of the workshop begins. Enjoy drinks and light snacks from 5-8pm on Monday, September 16th. You can add this experience to your registration for $297.

What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

If you need to cancel your registration, we can offer you a 50% refund of any payments you’ve made as long as you let us know before August 17, 2024. We cannot offer refunds after August 17, 2024 as it’s too close to the event date. If you cannot attend but would like to transfer your registration to someone else, please email us at hello@eddiezaratsian.com for assistance.
