A Dark, Dramatic & SEXY Wedding Color Palette: Blush, Black, White & Gold
Are you looking for a dark and moody wedding color palette, perfect for a fall or winter event? Take a look at this sexy, modern, black, white, blush and gold wedding I designed at The Landmark in Mission Hills, CA! My incredibly stylish clients, Hovhannes and Elmira, wanted something elegant, yet over-the-top, and they gave me the freedom to work my magic and dream big on their behalf.
One main detail my clients had been dreaming of was to see beautiful chandeliers incorporated into their wedding design. My initial plans did just that, but a month before the event, I knew we could build something even better for them, so I added seven additional crystal chandeliers to the reception ballroom. Along with the rich black fabric draping, the black and gold dance floor, and the striking gold dining chairs, we transformed the ballroom of The Landmark into an entirely one-of-a-kind atmosphere.
Blush and white roses filled the room from floor to ceiling, and intertwined with Agonis greenery and plum branches. I love the color combination of pale roses with deep, dark greenery! Sparking chandeliers hung in a cluster over the sweetheart table and created the focal point of the room. To extend the sparkling effect for all the guests to enjoy, I built tall floral centerpieces in dramatic glass vases, and placed modern glass candelabras on the guests’ dining tables.
Thinking outside the box for my clients and designing a one-of-a kind experience like this one feeds my creative soul!
